Professional experience

Agero: August 2011- present: I started my Agero career in August of 2011. I have worked in diverse positions at this job, from entry level position, to more advanced positions requiring greater technical knowledge. I have been involved in customer service, building SOP, training, management, associate development, and overall coordination and allocation of resources. I have greatly improved the associate experience of this business, mitigated costs in challenging circumstances, and contributed to the overall culture and training process. Received associate of the month awards and nominations.

Eegee’s: 2009-2011: I worked as a crew member, filling orders and fulfilling general duties to the store. I worked register, sandwich line, drive through, and worked very closely with my supervisors. I received multiple employee of the month awards at this job due to great performance!

Jason’s Deli: 2007-2009: Worked lead on sandwich line, cleaning, stocking, food prep.

Olive Garden: 2005:2007: Hosting and greeting, strong customer service position making guests feel welcome. Working to-go, counting down drawers, cash deposits, taking and filling orders. I received employee of the month at this job.
