My prior time with Apple Inc. and Guitar Center have led to the discovery of my true passion and career ambitions. My greatest strength are my ability to learn, keen attention to detail, organization, and integrate into various environments. I would love to work in an environment that utilizes my strengths, but also aligns with a purpose and cause I stand for!
I enjoy researching the many ways cannabis and hemp can benefit our planet and those living on it. When I am not nerding out on this research, I am building a community that wishes to focus on ending the stigmas associated with parenting and cannabis. I spend time educating friends and family as well as activity participating and engaging on social media regarding the various benefits. I believe that the relationships and community surrounding this plant begins with those who cultivate it.

Apple was an incredible experience. Enriching lives was the daily focus! I worked with a magnitude of individuals, customers, leadership, and peers. Cultivating relationships and continually learning went hand in hand.
--As a member of the mentor team I was responsible for ensuring all employees were up to date with new store initiatives, processes, and promotions. Furthermore, I or encouraged and motivated others personal and/or career growth.
--Led in-store core training for ,new employees; training included benefits information, scheduling, APPLE steps of service, and basic system processes (i.e. clocking in/out POS system, inventory check out, NPS.)
--As an Expert, I was consistently a leader in sales and various metrics including accessory add-ons and business team introductions. Considered an extension of management within the sales force.
--Trained new sales employees on customer journey and complete solutions, hardware and application technologies, and provided feedback to employees based on Net Promoter Score.
At Guitar Center I engulfed myself with a passion. Although I do no play an instrument, I was able to learn key business jargon to articulately converse with all levels of musicians. My communication and relationship skills led way to excelling in any department I was needed.
--Assisted Operations and General Manager in various categories including; sales, training, product promotions, merchandising standards, cash flow, inventory levels, and open/close store as only key-holder.
--Directed monthly all store meetings, analyzed sales reports, worked with department managers on merchandise standards, new promotions, system processes, and how to train their direct reports.
--Maintained highest level of certifications in all departments and vendor relationships. Consistently maintained lead sales.
